Yesterday I talked to a banker over the phone he told me that I'm eligible for up to $25,000 loan @8.99 but I would have to sign papers at the bank to make it final. Yesterday I talked to a banker over the phone he told me that I'm eligible for up to $25,000 loan @8.99 but I would have to sign papers at the bank to make it final. I told them that I wanted to think about it first on the amount. So instead of talking to a banker over the phone I went into the bank after deciding to take this $25,000 loan but when I did the amount of the loanwent down to $1000 or $5000 at a higher intetest rates instead of $25,000 at 8.99. Should I have taken the loan over the phone? Can I still get the loan over the phone at the same amount? When I went in the banker said I was short 22 points on my credit score and this is why the amount went down. Is there a away that I can raise my credit score 22 points in 2 days if I pay something on my credit cards? I have 5 credit cards near max but no late payments or anything derogatory on them. If I paid $100 on each card would that improve my credit score? Or should I concentrate on paying off one with $500? And will this show on my credit score immediately? I plan on leaving on an excursion in less than two days. I really need this money before this time. The banker on the phone when I called told me this loan would be available to me as soon as I sign the paperwork for it. How can I improve my credit score before that time? Another question: Does my bank have to honor the loan amount and interest rate that they offered me two times over the phone that they said I qualified for? Thanks for your help.

I just turned 17 last month and due to recent events I need to move out as soon as I turn 18. I'm currently broke... I just got a new job hosting at a restaurant that pays $6 an hour base pay plus tip outs at the end of the night and 50 cent raises every 30 days. I also make $50 a week staying with my grandma. I've figured that comes to about $720 a month minus about $300 due to gas, my phone bill and payments I have to make on my horse. I'm owed about $1,800 but Lord knows when I'll receive that. I have 11 months to start saving if I buy absolutely nothing that I merely want but I fear that what I'm making now won't last me. Granted, when I turn 18 I'll be able to serve at the restaurant and my tips will give me a better pay but I need to start saving now and saving more. I need some ways that I can make more money and quite a bit too without taking up too much time due to school and my current job. Apartments that I am looking at are in the range of $690-$1270 plus my phone bill, car insurance, food, gas and any car repairs. I need serious help!!! All answers appreciated.

If for some reason, they were to interview you and then call you back and say they did a background check and found out you worked at a certain place and why didn't you mention it, then say you didn't think it would reflect on your aptitude and so you left it off. If they don't like that answer, then screw them.

They are on a month to month lease and when they moved in it was just his income because she didn t have a job. She is now only working part time and We tried to contact her a few days ago for her income and she never got back to us. Also we found out that if her boyfriend moves out she already started the process of having her dad move in and change his address which she had not confirmed it with us. She locked her boiyfriend out of the apartment and We made him another set of keys since he is still on the lease. Was that wrong to do? We would like to rent to him since he is the main money maker. What steps should I take in evicting her. I don t want it to get messy and breaking legal action.

  • Can i sell my social security number?

Best answer: Yes. You can sell your whole identity for thousands. It is illegal and you need to know the right people, but it can be done. There are not only undocumented residents, but also people who want to hide from the government for other reasons that will pay good money.

I am not currently looking to change my job but I am always on the lookout for potential opportunities , so naturally I heard out this recruiter when he reached out to me on linked it. I wasn't feeling the job he was presenting however he also mentioned that he had a client who needed someone for 1 day of side work for some computer stuff (I'm in the I.T field) . I figured why not, it was easy, it would only be for a couple hours on a Saturday and I didn't have anything planned on that day. I have nothing to hide but with the way the internet is today I try not to give up more information that's needed. The recruiter emailed me with a background check form, a w-4 form and is requesting two forms of id from me. Seems like his asking for a lot for just a couple of hours of work, is it standard practice ? just making sure before I respond.
